As Global Associate Director, Total Rewards, People & Culture you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our total rewards programs. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our employees are fairly compensated and receive competitive benefits that align with our company goals and values. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation and management of compensation and benefits policies, processes and components
  • Provide strategic and consultative advice on compensation decisions and policy interpretation including the design of creative solutions to address compensation and benefits issues and demands to the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership.
  • Define global compensation strategy and measure and report the effectiveness of compensation programs according to it.
  • Ensure the review and update of the global job architecture system, and serve as internal advisor on conducting job evaluation/mapping activities of Managerial and Executive jobs to ensure our compensation practices remain aligned with our organizational growth.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of various compensation programs, policies, guidelines, procedures and recommend enhancements which are consistent with best practice trends and business objectives.
  • Lead the conduction of total compensation benchmarking, manage survey selection and on time completion to support competitive analysis of compensation programs.
  • Design and review STI (including sales commission) and LTI programs ensuring compliance and alignment with total rewards strategy.
  • Lead the management and administration of STI and LTI including calculations, grants, inclusion and exclusion of eligibles and other related tasks.
  • Work closely with P&C Business Partners and Business Leads to ensure functional managers and business leaders understand the key drivers of our compensation strategy, and adhere to our key policies and processes.
  • Define global annual compensation and benefits budgets together with the Finance Team and Executive Committee and track and report its spending.
  • Lead and define compensation and benefits transparency and reporting within the company.
  • Drive and participate in the optimization, design, development, implementation and performance of HR data management systems, processes, interfaces and vendors.
  • Partner with People Operations, P&C Business Partners, Global Digital Transformation, Enterprise Technology and other cross-functional stakeholders teams to define business requirements and translate into multi-year strategic and tactical HR information system implementation plans, including project prioritisation, scheduling and planning resources Ensure HR information systems comply with GDPR and other data privacy laws in all countries in which we operate.
  • Ensure employee data integrity including quality, accuracy, security, and usability of system data by adhering to standards and controls and ready to serve as input for payroll, bonus calculations and analysis.
