We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic and collaborative HR team within a leading law firm. This is a strategic role supporting senior stakeholders across practice groups, driving high performance, employee engagement, and managing employment risks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver a seamless HR service across the employee lifecycle.
- Lead on employee relations and HR casework, including performance, absence, and disciplinary matters.
- Support talent development, succession planning, and annual HR processes such as appraisals and reward reviews.
- Collaborate on recruitment, early careers development, and firm-wide HR initiatives including DEI and policy updates.
- Act as a trusted advisor, coaching managers and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven HR experience within a law firm is essential.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
