HR Business Partner – Law Firm
I am looking for a commercially minded HR Business Partner who can influence senior leaders, drive change and shape a people strategy that truly moves the business forward. My client are a well regarded law firm based in the City.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver people strategies
- Guide organisational design, workforce planning and key business decisions
- Lead transformation and change initiatives
- Collaborate with global HR teams to deliver international priorities locally
- Coach leaders to strengthen capability and performance
- Drive strategic HR projects
- Manage complex employee relations matters
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience driving organisational change
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- A commercial, data‑driven approach
- Experience in international or matrixed environments
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery
- Confidence handling complex ER issues
- Sector experience in Professional Services
