HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner (m/w/d)
Responsibilities
- Handling day to day HR administration
- Managing operational HR tasks from recruitment to off boarding
- Assisting with preparatory payroll accounting
- Compiling documents for semi-annual employee appraisals
- Reviewing appraisal systems
- Managing bonus calculations and annual salary reviews
- Providing monthly HR reports to management
- Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements within the HR department
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4+ years of HR experience, with a strong HRBP background
- Good knowledge of German Labour Law
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
