Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a global professional services firm to appoint a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their Singapore office on a 12-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure within a high-performing environment that values operational excellence and strong stakeholder support.
This role focuses on providing day-to-day HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding administration, HR system updates, payroll coordination, and employee query management. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes while working closely with the broader HR team across Asia.
Reporting to the Senior HRBP, this individual will support both fee-earner and business services populations. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding activities, preparing HR documentation, ensuring accurate payroll inputs, maintaining employee records, and supporting compliance with local employment regulations. The role will also provide administrative support for performance cycles, training initiatives, and regional HR projects.
The ideal candidate is organised, responsive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Prior experience in HR operations or coordination is preferred, and exposure within professional services would be advantageous. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and familiarity with HR systems and Excel are essential.
