I’m recruiting for a HR Data Analyst to join a global professional services organisation, based in Essex, supporting an international people function.

This role combines HR data, reporting and core operations, with a focus on insight, accuracy and governance. It suits someone hands‑on with HR data who enjoys supporting senior stakeholders and contributing to global HR activity.


Key responsibilities

  • Own accuracy and integrity of employee data across HR systems, including Workday.
  • Deliver regular and ad‑hoc HR reporting and people insights.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Act as a key contact for HR data and reporting queries.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and visualisations (Power BI).
  • Ensure GDPR compliance, data governance and audit readiness.
  • Support core HR operations, initiatives and global projects.
  • Assist with HR budget tracking and coordination activities.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in HR data, people analytics, reporting or HR operations roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability.
  • Hands‑on Workday experience.
  • Power BI or similar reporting tool experience.
  • Good understanding of data governance and GDPR.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Professional services or global organisation experience beneficial.
