I’m recruiting for a HR Data Analyst to join a global professional services organisation, based in Essex, supporting an international people function.
This role combines HR data, reporting and core operations, with a focus on insight, accuracy and governance. It suits someone hands‑on with HR data who enjoys supporting senior stakeholders and contributing to global HR activity.
Key responsibilities
- Own accuracy and integrity of employee data across HR systems, including Workday.
- Deliver regular and ad‑hoc HR reporting and people insights.
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Act as a key contact for HR data and reporting queries.
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualisations (Power BI).
- Ensure GDPR compliance, data governance and audit readiness.
- Support core HR operations, initiatives and global projects.
- Assist with HR budget tracking and coordination activities.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in HR data, people analytics, reporting or HR operations roles.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability.
- Hands‑on Workday experience.
- Power BI or similar reporting tool experience.
- Good understanding of data governance and GDPR.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Professional services or global organisation experience beneficial.
