A leading consumer business is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead the people agenda for its Food business across Hong Kong and Macau.

This is far more than a traditional HR leadership role. The business is looking for a commercial HR leader who can influence business performance, challenge conventional ways of working, and help create a more agile, productive, and efficient organisation. Partnering closely with the Managing Director and leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the future operating model of the business.

The Opportunity

As a member of the leadership team, you will help drive strategic priorities across organisational design, workforce planning, leadership capability, and culture. A key focus will be identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve productivity, optimise workforce deployment, and build stronger organisational capability across a large frontline workforce.

You will lead a sizeable HR team and work closely with regional centres of excellence to deliver initiatives across talent, rewards, learning, and transformation.

About You

You are an experienced HR leader with a strong track record in large, operationally intensive environments such as retail, consumer, hospitality, logistics, or related sectors.

You combine strong business acumen with pragmatic HR leadership and are comfortable challenging the status quo to deliver measurable business outcomes. You have successfully led transformation, organisation design, and workforce optimisation initiatives and are known for your ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive execution.
