L&D Analyst / Coordinator

Our client, a market leading boutique financial firm is seeking a skilled training coordinator with experience planning and supporting L&D programs. The suited individual will offer 2 or more years of robust training support in financial services settings, facing off to a wide array of internal staff. Whether planning large events or assisting in the customization of bespoke programs for staffmembers, this hire will play an integral part in running a consequential and valued offering within the firm.

**Candidates must have coordinated live training and development events with complex logistics and multiple participants. Experience with e-learning platforms is ideal. This position sits 3 days in office in Chicago, and will require flexibility to appear more often as needed.
