Manager, Staffing & Professional Development

Our client, a premier global law firm, is seeking a Staffing & Professional Development Manager who will support the progression of legal talent through coaching, advising and staffing as they navigate their career with the firm. This is a new role joining an established and growing team in the US and EMEA.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with transferable skills stemming from experience in resource management/staffing, professional development, talent development, practice management or HR generalist roles in legal or other relevant professional services arenas. The role is hybrid in Midtown NYC or Washington DC (4 days in office). If NYC based, regular travel to DC would be required.
