People Business Partner – 10 month FTC
I am delighted to be partnering with an iconic global food and beverage brand to appoint a HR Business Partner for a 10 month Fixed Term Contract.
This role requires and immediate start so you must be available to start within a month. Please do not apply if you have over 1 months‘ notice period!
My client is looking for a HR Business Partner that can work within a fast paced sales environment with a highly commercial client group of c250 people. You will support the Directors and senior leadership team and wider HR team to ensure the business strategy is aligned with business growth, values and excellent people processes. You will have the ability to challenge and push the boundaries, be innovative and ambitious in this role, you will also have the opportunity to be involved in wider People Projects and work closely with TA, L&D and Reward teams.
Experience required:
- Proven HR Business partnering experience in a fast paced and commercial global business within the food and beverage, FMCG, sales or Retail sectors.
- Partnered with senior leadership teams up to Director level working strategically whilst also ensuring excellent people processes are in place.
- Experience working across talent management and succession planning, ensuring you work closely with senior leaders to retain, attract and promote within their teams.
- You will have experience translating business requirements into strategic people and culture initiatives and delivering commercial people solutions that support the business objectives across areas such as workforce planning, employee development and performance management.
- Data and metrics proficiency and ability to acquire the relevant data and use this to steer commercial decision making.
- Complex employee relations experience and an excellent understanding of UK employment law.
Contract: 10 months Fixed Term Contract
Hybrid: 4 days in London office
Salary: £70,000 plus excellent benefits
