People Operations Analyst
Role: People Operations Analyst
Location: New York, NY
In Office Schedule: 4 days in office
Compensation range: Up to $115k base salary plus bonus and benefits
Our client is a boutique private equity firm looking for an People Operations Analyst to join their tight-knit team and support their business as a true right hand to the HR lead.
You will be reporting into Head of HR in the NY team and will be responsible for:
- Being the point of contact for employee queries
- Assisting with recruitment processes
- On and offboarding employees
- Supporting the performance management and review processes
- Supporting year-end processes
- Managing the HRIS and ATS – in addition to assisting with an HRIS integration process
- Preparing data analysis and reports
Key requirements:
- 2-4 years‘ experience in HR.
- Experience working within a rigorous financial services institution.
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment with a white glove service mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
