Overview
A leading financial services firm is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Recruiting Associate to support full‑cycle hiring across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment and brings prior experience within financial services. The Recruiting Associate will partner closely with senior recruiters and business leaders to ensure a seamless, high‑quality candidate experience and efficient recruiting operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Support & Coordination
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and logistics across multiple business lines.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and engaging experience.
- Maintain accurate and timely data within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Assist in sourcing candidates for investment, corporate, and operational roles using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and industry networks.
- Conduct initial resume screens and support early stages of the evaluation process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and high‑priority roles.
Campus & Early Career Recruiting
- Support campus recruiting initiatives, including event coordination, candidate tracking, and communication with university partners.
- Help manage internship and analyst program logistics, onboarding, and conversion processes.
Recruiting Operations & Process Improvement
- Prepare recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics to support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Partner with senior recruiters to streamline processes and enhance the overall efficiency of the talent acquisition function.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives, job postings, and recruitment marketing materials.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within financial services (asset management, banking, private equity, hedge funds, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional presence.
- High attention to detail and comfort working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the talent acquisition function.
