Role: Recruiting Coordinator
Location: New York, NY
Hybrid: 5 days in office
Compensation range: Up to $115k base salary plus bonus

Our client is a global financial services firm with an excellent reputation. They’re looking for someone to join the team as a Recruiting Coordinator working closely with their tight-knit Talent Acquisition team.
Reporting to the team lead, you will:
- Manage interview scheduling for both virtual and in-person interviews.
- Be the point of contact for candidates visiting for interviews.
- Review applications to determine suitability for active roles.
- Facilitate the interview process from start to finish liaising with internal stakeholders for both virtual and in-person interviews.
- Manage the ATS to make sure data is up to date.
Key requirements:
- 2-5 years‘ experience with recruitment administration/coordination.
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment with high-volume recruiting.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
