Recruiting Manager

Out client is an AmLaw 100 law firm looking to hire a Business Services (non-attorney) Recruiting Manager to be based in their NYC office on a hybrid basis (4 days). This role will manage end-to-end lateral hiring efforts, mentor and lead a small team, drive strategy to advance recruiting practices and cultivate productive relationships with leaders and hiring managers.
