Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Montreal, QC (4 days in office, flexibility for 5 as needed)

Salary: $45,000-$55,000 CAD

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing talent acquisition team. This role is essential in delivering a seamless and positive candidate experience while ensuring efficient coordination across multiple interview processes.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across teams, including phone screens, video interviews, and onsite meetings
• Manage complex calendars for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
• Ensure a smooth end-to-end candidate experience, acting as a primary point of contact throughout the interview process
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate data
• Assist with job postings and candidate communications
• Prepare interview materials and ensure all stakeholders are briefed and prepared
• Track recruiting metrics and provide reporting support as needed
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to keep processes running efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; French is a strong asset)
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Experience with ATS tools and scheduling platforms is a plus

Work Environment

• Hybrid model: 4 days per week in office, with flexibility to be in-office 5 days based on business needs
• Collaborative, team-oriented environment with exposure to end-to-end recruiting

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $45,000-$55,000 CAD
