Frazer Jones is partnering with an International financial services firm to appoint a Recruitment Coordinator to join their Singapore office. This role offers an opportunity to support a dynamic and fast-paced talent acquisition function, contributing to both operational excellence and candidate experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating interviews across multiple time zones, managing candidate communications, and supporting recruitment-related events such as career fairs and networking sessions. This includes involvement in campus recruitment activities, where the individual will help organise and execute early careers events and engagement initiatives.
Reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead, this individual will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth scheduling, timely follow-ups, and effective event logistics. The role also involves maintaining recruitment trackers, generating reports, and supporting process improvements. There will be regular collaboration with colleagues across regional offices, providing exposure to cross-border recruitment operations.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with prior experience in recruitment coordination or HR operations. Proficiency in Excel is essential, particularly for managing data and reporting. Experience in event coordination and strong stakeholder engagement skills are key to success in this role.
