Regional HR Business Partner
Are you an experienced HR Advisor ready to take your first step into a HR Business Partner role?
We’re working with an established multi-site organisation to recruit a HR Business Partner who will play a key role in supporting operational leaders across a regional portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR Advisor or Junior HRBP looking to further develop their commercial and strategic partnering skills within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Reporting into a Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll be the primary HR contact for your region, partnering closely with operational leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
This is a true business partnering role where you’ll influence decision-making, challenge stakeholders constructively, and use both people and commercial data to drive performance, engagement and business results.
With support from a regional HR Assistant, you’ll focus on delivering people initiatives, managing complex employee relations matters, and building strong relationships that positively impact operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operational leaders to deliver business and people objectives.
- Provide strategic HR support across a multi-site environment.
- Drive performance management and talent development initiatives.
- Analyse people and commercial KPI data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coach and support managers on people-related matters.
- Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances and investigations.
- Support organisational change and people projects.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Build credible and trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
I’m keen to speak with experienced HR Advisors who are looking to take the next step into a HR Business Partner position.
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience supporting a multi-site workforce.
- Strong employee relations experience, including complex case management.
- A commercially focused approach with the ability to interpret and utilise data.
- Confidence influencing, coaching and challenging stakeholders.
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience within retail would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that genuinely invests in the development of its people team, making it an ideal move for someone looking to establish themselves within a commercially focused HR Business Partner role.
The SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
