Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a global investment management firm to appoint a Regional HR Manager to join its Human Resources team based in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead both strategic HR partnering and the oversight of end-to-end HR operations across multiple markets in Asia Pacific.
Reporting to senior leadership, this role will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders while ensuring the effective delivery of all HR processes and employee lifecycle activities across the region. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning people strategies with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture within a dynamic and growing investment management environment.
The Regional HR Manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR business partnering support to leaders and managers across the region, including workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, succession planning, performance management, organizational design, change management, and employee relations. The role will partner closely with stakeholders to provide strategic HR guidance and support key business initiatives.
In addition to business partnering responsibilities, this position will oversee the end-to-end HR employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, employee data management, payroll and benefits administration, HR systems governance, work pass administration, policy management, compliance, and regional HR reporting. The incumbent will ensure that HR processes are executed efficiently, consistently, and in compliance with local employment regulations and corporate governance requirements.
Working closely with business leaders, regional and global HR teams, external vendors, and service providers, the Regional HR Manager will drive continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, controls, and employee experiences across the region. The role will also lead or contribute to regional HR projects, including organizational transformation initiatives, talent development programs, HR technology enhancements, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded and hands-on HR professional with strong business partnering capabilities and a solid foundation in HR operations. You will possess excellent stakeholder management skills, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex employee and business situations within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
Previous experience in a Regional HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or HR Generalist capacity within investment management, asset management, private equity, banking, financial services, or a multinational organization will be highly regarded. A strong understanding of employment legislation and HR practices across Asia Pacific markets is preferred.
