This is not just a job-it’s a chance to shape the future of employee share schemes within a thriving business. You’ll own and oversee the management of the company’s ESOP, implement innovative RSU scheme plan rules, and ensure seamless compliance. As the go-to expert in equity compensation, you’ll educate HR teams, guide stakeholders, and drive business-wide understanding of share plans.
But that’s not all! You’ll be at the heart of strategic decision-making, helping to design groundbreaking equity award models that inform board and RemCo recommendations. You’ll work closely with key departments-Reward, Finance, and People Operations-to ensure precision in reporting and payroll disclosures.
Who are we looking for? An experienced Senior Share Plan Manager with deep expertise in managing global share schemes (Growth Shares and RSUs preferred), ideally within private companies. If you’ve navigated pre- and post-IPO share schemes, even better! You’ll need sharp numeracy skills, an eye for detail, and the confidence to collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business.
