Contract to Permanent | £35-£40k + Bonus
I’m partnering with a global engineering business that is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing UK team. Initially offered on a contract basis, there is a strong opportunity for the role to convert to permanent for the right person.
This is a busy, delivery-focused environment where you’ll support hiring across a mix of technical, engineering, corporate and commercial roles while partnering closely with hiring managers across the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of disciplines
- Driving proactive sourcing activity through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and talent mapping
- Building and maintaining candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Running screening calls, managing interviews and supporting offer processes
- Partnering with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide market insight
- Supporting high-volume hiring activity while maintaining a positive candidate experience
What we’re looking for
- Recruitment experience gained in-house, agency or RPO environments
- Strong direct sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Comfortable managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced setting
- Experience recruiting technical, engineering, commercial or corporate roles would be advantageous
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
- Someone who enjoys delivery, ownership and working collaboratively within a team
What’s on offer
- £35,000-£40,000 salary depending on experience
- Uncapped bonus opportunity (realistic OTE = salary + £10k)
