Our client, an award-winning fin-tech firm (700+ employees worldwide) is looking for an Assistant Vice President (Talent & Organizational Development) to join their team in Iselin, New Jersey. This newly created hybrid role (2 days on-site) will pay a base up to around $120k, plus generous bonus, excellent benefits and an amazing company culture which genuinely feels like one big family.
In this role, you’d be working closely with the Director of Talent and HRBP’s to manage key global programs like promotions, succession planning, and leadership development and be the operational engine behind key initiatives, ensuring timelines are met, stakeholders are aligned, and materials are clear, current, and actionable. This opportunity is well suited for someone with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys bringing structure and innovation to talent processes.
Key highlights of the role:
- Own and manage the end-to-end talent management calendar
- Coordinate programs like promotions, talent reviews, 360s, and mentorship
- Support training logistics, vendor coordination, and internal manager sessions
- Partner with stakeholders across HR to drive engagement and execution
- Bring talent frameworks and competencies to life across the business
- Help articulate and document the people strategy-updating guides, job aids, and frameworks
- Partner with HRBPs to implement org changes and support culture transformation
