HR Advisor – London
We’re hiring an HR Advisor to join one of our trusted clients at an international law firm, supporting key client groups with operational HR services. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering people initiatives and advising on employee relations, performance, and policy matters.
This hybrid role requires approximately 60% office presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support to assigned teams.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and advise on HR matters.
- Manage onboarding, inductions, and exit processes.
- Handle employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence cases.
- Support performance reviews, salary reviews, and restructures.
- Maintain accurate records, structure charts, and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Contribute to HR projects and policy development.
- Oversee HR admin tasks and approve system transactions.
About You
- HR Advisor experience, ideally in legal or professional services.
- Solid knowledge of UK employment law and GDPR.
- Strong communication, advisory, and organisational skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and confident using HR systems.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is a plus.
