HR Systems & People Analytics Specialist
Frazer Jones is delighted to be hiring a HR Systems & People Analytics Specialist to join a globally renowned London-based professional services firm. You’ll be joining a UK HR function of 15, reporting to the Head of Reward and owning all things HR systems, data, reporting and analytics. You’ll play a key role in shaping our digital HR environment, ensuring high-quality data and systems that support smarter, faster workforce decisions. Taking on a global remit, you’ll be focused on managing the whole suite of their HR systems, making enhancements and improving processes where possible. You’ll promote self-service, upskilling employees and driving better adoption. You’ll also play a key role in a tier 1 HRIS implementation. The role also requires you to manage the data capture and management for the HR function, providing clear report and analytics to aid decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the firm’s HR systems, ensuring data is accurate, up-to-date, and effectively maintained across all of it’s HR systems
- Lead data quality initiatives, including cleansing and integrity checks, to support smarter decision-making and system efficiency.
- Play a central role in the global HRIS transformation project, helping assess new technologies and drive system change.
- Manage system upgrades and rollouts, ensuring smooth delivery and clear documentation for users.
- Troubleshoot system and data issues, offering practical solutions and supporting governance around system changes and priorities.
- Deliver training and support to HR and business users, helping them get the most out of our HR tools and platforms.
- Own the delivery of people analytics and reporting, including statutory disclosures like Gender Pay Gap reporting.
- Support key HR cycles such as performance reviews and compensation planning, ensuring systems and data are aligned.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Innovation teams to integrate systems and streamline data flows across the business.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations, safeguarding sensitive employee information.
- Translate complex data into clear, visual insights that inform business decisions and engage stakeholders.
- Partner with HRBPs, Reward and other stakeholders to identify needs and deliver data-driven solutions that add real value.
What We’re Looking For: You’ll be a tech-savvy HR systems professional with a strong background in data management and analytics. You’ll have experience deploying and upgrading HR platforms, ideally within a professional services environment. You’ll be confident working with relational databases, advanced Excel, and ideally Power BI. You’ll be a natural problem-solver with excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. You’ll be comfortable training others, managing competing priorities, and working collaboratively across departments.
Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement and process improvement will be key, as will a strong understanding of HR operations and compliance.
