Overview:
Our client is seeking a tech-savvy and polished Temporary Recruitment Coordinator to support their Investment Recruitment Team within the Business Development department. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with strong coordination skills and experience in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track meetings, communications, and recruitment timelines
- Schedule interviews and follow up on outstanding items
- Collaborate closely with Executive Assistants to ensure smooth scheduling
- Manage team workflow and support recruitment operations
- Utilize ATS systems to streamline processes and identify best practices
- Interact professionally with stakeholders across the organization
- Own the coordination process and ensure deadlines are met
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment coordination or administrative support
- Background in financial services, tech, consulting, fintech, hedge funds, or private equity
- Experience with ATS platforms
- Strong organizational skills and executive presence
- Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
