Benefits Associate
Representing a global investment management firm with a strong commitment to performance and service excellence, we are proud to be leading the search for a HR Analyst. This newly created role will support U.S. benefits administration and HR analytics while contributing to broader HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to influence employee experience, drive operational accuracy, and support strategic HR initiatives. As the Junior HR Analyst, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting day-to-day administration of U.S. health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and wellness programs
* Assisting with open enrollment preparation, communications, and execution
* Responding to employee benefit inquiries and resolving issues in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders
* Maintaining accurate employee benefit records and supporting compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA requirements
* Preparing benefits-related reports and analytics, including enrollment trends and cost analysis
* Partnering with payroll and HRIS to ensure timely and accurate benefit-related transactions
* Providing first-line support on HR policies, onboarding, and employee lifecycle events
* Assisting in maintaining accurate data in HR systems and supporting audits or reconciliations
* Supporting employee engagement initiatives and coordinating internal communications
* Partnering with the broader HR team on ad hoc projects, reporting, and compliance efforts
