Frazer Jones is delighted to be retained by a leading global financial services group to appoint a Country Head of HR Philippines based in Manila. This is a critical hire for the organisation with HR having an important seat at the table at a time where they have made a number of exciting investment hires.

Partnering closely with the C‑suite, reporting directly to the CEO and / or COO, with a dotted line into the Regional Head of HR based in broader APAC, this individual will be responsible for leading the people strategy, people advisory, people projects and overseeing people operations across the Philippines at a time of exciting change and transformation, supported by the highly collaborative HR team locally.

This individual will be an accomplished Country Head of HR who has a track record operating within other leading global financial services groups, leading seasoned HR teams. Banking experience is preferred as is a track record leveraging SuccessFactors. The ability to balance strategic and commercial priorities with a hands‑on, pragmatic approach is critical.
