HR Business Partner
We are delighted to be supporting an industry leader in the search of a HR Business Partner. The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning human resources strategies with business objectives.
Responsibilities will include –
- Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Talent Management:
- Lead talent review processes and support leadership development initiatives.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Relations:
- Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations when necessary.
- Performance Management:
- Guide managers through performance review processes and provide coaching on performance improvement
You must have regional experience within a large multinational organisation and have worked as part of a matrix organisation.
