Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a leading international bank to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to join their Singapore office. This is a key role within a well‑established, highly regulated financial services organisation, supporting senior stakeholders across the Singapore business.

This position will serve as a strategic and operational HR Business Partner, providing HR support to defined business groups in Singapore. Working closely with senior leaders, the HRBP will align people strategies with business objectives, advising on workforce planning, talent management, organisational design, and employee engagement within a complex banking environment.

Acting as a trusted advisor to the business, the HRBP will partner with management on performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and change initiatives. The role will also involve managing employee relations matters, advising on disciplinary and conduct issues, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies in compliance with local labour regulations and internal governance standards.

The HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with regional and global HR Centres of Excellence, including Operations, Reward, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations, to deliver integrated HR solutions. The role requires a hands‑on approach, strong judgement, and the ability to operate effectively within a matrixed, multinational organisation.

The successful candidate will have prior HR Business Partner experience, ideally within banking, financial services, or similarly regulated environments. Strong stakeholder management skills, sound employment law knowledge in Singapore, and the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders effectively are essential. Experience supporting front‑office or revenue‑generating functions will be advantageous.
