Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a leading investment management firm to appoint a detail‑oriented and hands‑on HR Operations professional to join their Singapore office. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a highly regarded global organisation, supporting a robust HR platform within a regulated and performance‑driven environment.

This individual will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end HR operations support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, HR administration, benefits coordination, HRIS data management, and employee inquiry support. Working closely with HRBPs, Finance, and external vendors, the role will ensure accurate and timely HR operations delivery while adhering to internal governance frameworks and local regulatory requirements. There will also be involvement in HR reporting, audits, and ongoing process improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will be a structured, meticulous, and service‑oriented HR professional who is comfortable operating in a fast‑paced investment management or financial services environment. Strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and confidence working with senior stakeholders are key to success in this role. Prior experience in HR operations within asset management, banking, or other regulated multinational organisations will be highly regarded.
