Our client is a fast-growing, purpose-led organisation operating within the sustainability and environmental services sector.
Due to growth they are seeking a Payroll & People Operations Lead to join their HR team.
To be considered successful, the ideal candidate must –
- be proficient on UK payroll
- enjoy managing the vendor relationship
- want to take on a role which encompasses both payroll and people operations and have a proven background of working in such roles throughout their career
- be able to oversee a Payroll Administrator
- be flexible to work from the office 3 days per week
- want to be involved in a multi-faceted role
