Regional Learning DEI and Engagement Lead (Asia)

Our client, a top tier global financial services organization with a high performance, collaborative and pacey culture is looking to appoint a brand new Learning, DEI and Engagement Lead for Asia into the region. This is an in investment hire into the region, given the growth and transformation agenda.

Reporting to the Global Head of Learning, DEI and Engagement based in another region, this individual will operate in a strategic and hands on role, defining and executing the Learning, DEI and Engagement strategy for the region from scratch, leveraging the global strategy to make sure it is bespoke for each core Asia markets. This is a high visibility role, where you will work directly with the leadership team in the region to coach and support them with their learning and engagement and DEI agenda end-to-end, consulting and advising the business on tailored solutions with a few of enhancing performance and supporting ongoing talent development, engagement and retention.

This individual will have a track record operating as a Regional or Global Learning, DEI and Engagement Lead in another global financial services organization. You will have ideally started your career in a HR Consulting capacity and transitioned into an in house corporate Learning, DEI and Engagement role in another top tier financial services and / or fintech organization. You will be comfortable defining and managing regional and / or global programmes and learning solutions from scratch and then executing them end-to-end, also with a focus on facilitation and delivery, leveraging data where possible to drive bespoke solutions, as well as leading some global projects and part of a global team. You will be comfortable operating as an individual contributor as well as leading a team.
