Frazer Jones is actively seeking a Senior Manager of Total Rewards to join a rapidly expanding financial services firm. This new opportunity arises from our growth and our commitment to enhance the delivery and development of this firm’s rewards program, supporting the Director of Rewards. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in constructing and executing a comprehensive reward strategy and overseeing the annual compensation programmes.

As the Senior Manager of Total Rewards, you will offer unparalleled expertise, serving as a centre of excellence in guiding the business and ensuring the effective implementation of Reward products. Your responsibilities will encompass leading the annual compensation cycle, which includes creating guidelines, toolkits, and conducting analysis for salary increases, bonuses, and performance evaluations.

You will engage closely with market data providers to define compensation survey requirements, assess competitive pay practices, and analyse market trends. Your role involves conducting thorough reviews of reward data collection processes, striving for efficiency while collaborating with the HR and HRIS teams. Your insight will be critical in evaluating and enhancing frameworks and programmes, such as internal pay planning, job architecture, and staying level of market trends.

This role demands a proactive approach to advising and engaging with stakeholders, being the forefront advisor on reward strategies. You will also lead in providing technical solutions and embracing change, particularly during the design and implementation of annual reward cycles. Your ability to navigate sensitive areas with discretion and strategic foresight will be key to your success in this role.

We are keen to engage with candidates who possess a Bachelor’s, master’s degree, or an MBA in related areas across HR, Business, Economics and/or related fields. The ideal candidate should have work experience in compensation and benefits, preferably within an international/matrix setup business environment. Experience with remuneration regulations and reporting requirements is highly desirable. Proficiency in MS Office and similar tools is essential. Additionally, the candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
