Senior Reward Manager
I am delighted to be supporting a leading global FS business in hiring a Senior Reward Manger to join their London office. This opportunity is ideally suited to someone currently working in compensation within financial services, who is keen to step into a slightly broader role with greater ownership, senior stakeholder interaction and strategic input. You’ll take end‑to‑end ownership of the Bank’s reward operations, sitting at the centre of annual compensation delivery, governance and regulatory activities. A key part of the role will be overseeing day‑to‑day delivery of the annual remuneration cycle while continuously reviewing effectiveness and identifying opportunities for improvement or change. You’ll also lead the Bank’s approach to market benchmarking, managing survey participation, job matching and analysis, while evolving their benchmarking strategy to ensure it remains robust, relevant and fit for the future. Working closely with the Head of Reward, you’ll support RemCo activities through modelling, analysis and high‑quality committee papers, as well as contributing to wider governance and regulatory deliverables such as RPS, Pillar 3 disclosures, MRT identification and high earner reporting. Alongside this, you’ll provide analytical insights during compensation reviews, support buy‑out assessments for new hires and lead reward‑related projects that require close collaboration across HR, Finance and the business. The remit also includes oversight of the Bank’s insured benefits portfolio, working with external brokers to ensure effective delivery while strategically reviewing the benefits offering to improve competitiveness, efficiency and the employee experience. Throughout, you’ll act as a senior point of contact on reward provision, advising, guiding and communicating with HR, leaders and stakeholders across the organisation. This role will suit someone with strong financial services reward experience, who enjoys combining technical expertise with stakeholder engagement and has a genuine interest in shaping reward frameworks and seeking more scope and impact. Agile working offered (60/40), great benefits included. In the first instance please contact Peter Francis at Frazer Jones
