About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner for a leading international organization. In this role, you will serve as the strategic sparring partner to the COO and CPIO (Chief Product & Innovation Officer) and their leadership teams. Based in the Netherlands, you will play a central role in providing HR leadership and guidance to ensure our human resources strategies align with operational goals.

You will be involved in cross-border topics such as leadership development, talent development, succession planning, and strategic HR initiatives. You will report directly to the CHRO and be part of the HR Leadership Team.


Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to the COO and CPIO (both based in the Netherlands)
  • Support leadership teams within the Operations and Product & Innovation divisions
  • Lead and coordinate HR initiatives including talent management, succession planning, and performance management, working closely with the COEs and local HR teams
  • Contribute to overarching HR themes such as culture, DEI, and capability development
  • Advise on and help shape an HR organization that is future-ready
  • Manage high-level stakeholders and build strong relationships across the business
  • Collaborate closely with the HR Leadership Team

Who Are We Looking For?

A strong, strategic HR professional with experience in an international, demanding manufacturing or R&D environment. You are analytically sharp, politically aware, and comfortable navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.

You bring:

  • At least 10 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in manufacturing or R&D
  • Experience with private equity structures, reorganizations, and transformations
  • Strong affinity with operations and innovation
  • Experience with large-scale recruitment and talent development
  • Deep knowledge of employment regulations, local labor law, and best practices in talent and performance management
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • A confident personality with the ability to challenge and influence at all levels

About the Team

You will be part of a strong HR leadership team led by a recently appointed CHRO. You’ll work closely with the Head of TA & Employee Journey, Head of Compensation & HR Digital, and Head of HR for Commercial & E-commerce. HR is seen as a strategic partner by the business, and your role will be key in realizing the company’s ambitions.
