As a Managing Director, Charlotte operates as Head of the Southeast Asia business, double-hatting as the Global Financial Services practice lead, based in Singapore.

The Global Financial Services practice consists of 35+ Financial Services aligned Frazer Jones HR search specialists covering executive hiring, all HR centres of excellence and professional search, working as one global practice across the US, UK, Europe, Middle East and APAC.

She also leads the Southeast Asia HR exec search practice, with HR search specialists covering Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines. The SEA Frazer Jones business consists of three specialist teams: financial and professional services, commerce and industry, and reward, analytics, HRIS, and payroll. Charlotte spent over fifteen years in HR executive search, partnering with Chief HR Officers, CEOs, Boards, Managing Directors, and International CoE HR Heads, to appoint global, regional and country heads, as well as building HR, Talent and Human Consulting, and Reward Consulting teams.

Prior to Executive Search, Charlotte graduated with a first-class degree from Nottingham University and started her career in HR strategy, talent, and change management consulting with a top-tier global management consulting firm. She has worked in Singapore, Hong Kong, the USA, the UK, and Europe over her 15+ year career.
