HR lead to support transformation post-acquisition 

The challenge

Live Nation Entertainment faced a major challenge integrating several recently acquired start-ups into the holding company. The acquired companies differed significantly in structure and size, meaning a Senior HR Business Partner was required to support the cultural and organisational transformation.

The solution

After introducing several candidates, we realised Live Nation’s preference for those from modern, fast-paced environments. We therefore focused on start-ups and unicorns in Berlin, eventually finding the ideal candidate who led HR for one of Germany’s top service provider start-ups.

The outcome

Live Nation hired our candidate for the Senior HR Business Partner role in Berlin. She previously worked for one of Europe’s largest delivery start-ups and expressed great enthusiasm for the new professional challenge.  Her extensive experience integrating smaller entities into businesses and adapting structures to various markets meant that she was perfect for the role.
