As the sales trainer you will be responsible for developing and delivering all training for graduate level to mid management level. This will be both group sessions and where necessary 1:1's - identifying both potential fast track employees and improvement strategies. This position will primarily be focussed in Boston and there may be some travel from time to time across the US.
This role will be suitable for someone who is:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work to targets and track the performance and needs of each business unit
- Organizational skills - including planning, prioritizing and scheduling
This is a great opportunity for someone who has solid experience in 360 recruitment experience, has a passion for developing team members and would like to cross over to the training/development side of recruitment or for someone that is actively working as a sales trainer ideally within a recruitment environment.
