I have worked in the Financial & Professional Services team since February 2013. I started at the firm as a Graduate Researcher, which was my first ever job (excluding waitressing!) Since I started here, I have received incredible training and mentorship across the firm and have continued to be offered great opportunities within The SR Group.
My focus at Frazer Jones is permanent mid-level HR recruitment within law firms, accountancy firms, management consultancies and property firms. This encompasses generalist HR, recruitment, graduate recruitment, learning & development and, an increasingly growing specialism, diversity & inclusion. My client portfolio is diverse, and requirements can vary massively: Clients need everything from their first representative to establish an HR function in their start-up firm, all the way through to an international firm restructuring a team and recruiting 3 Advisors and 3 Business Partners exclusively through myself.
Having trained as a barrister, I have always had a strong interest within the legal sector and have been fortunate to widen my professional services knowledge at Frazer Jones and work with a huge range of partnership environments. I possess a strong understanding of what stakeholders within professional services expect of an HR function and I appreciate how much importance is put on a cultural match, alongside technical ability. My clients, on numerous occasions, have become my candidates, and my candidates have become my clients, hence why I continue to place immense value on the relationships I build and pride myself on the quality of service I offer.
Having recently bought a house, I have discovered a new love for interior design and I am always on the look-out for my next up-cycling project. During my spare time, I will either be on my yoga mat or enjoying a new restaurant; eating out is probably my favourite hobby. I have also supported the Dogs Trust and Guide Dogs for the Blind for many years so, if you don’t want to talk about HR recruitment, show me a photo of your pooch to really get me on side!
