My focus is on the senior interim market, placing HR professionals into the commerce and industry sector. I have previously worked in permanent recruitment across all levels and specialist areas of HR.
I moved into HR recruitment at the turn of the millennium having previously recruited for finance professionals. I instantly loved working in the HR market as it was a profession that was undergoing significant change and many organisations had an appetite to have a people plan aligned to the business strategy for the first time.
Over the years I have built up a great network of HR clients and candidates, in some instances placing candidates into new roles multiple times over the course of their careers. There are also clients who I have been partnering with for over a decade and this underpins my skills as a relationship builder – I enjoy getting to know people and organisations, leaving no stone unturned to find the right talent for the right role!
I have worked on roles across the board including generalist HR, talent acquisition, leadership development and change & transformation projects. I enjoy the challenge of working across a diverse range of companies and I especially enjoy working on business critical project roles that can sometimes be a challenge for in-house resourcing teams to source.
Prior to moving into recruitment, I spent 5 years as a gym instructor and personal trainer. I am the proud mother of two amazing girls and consider myself lucky to be able to work flexibly at Frazer Jones which allows me to balance my busy interim desk with family life. Outside of work life is unsurprisingly busy – I enjoy going to the gym, cooking for friends and family and travel.
