Catherine manages the commerce & industry division alongside leading mid-senior level HR searches in a variety of specialisms including generalist HR, talent acquisition, learning & leadership development, employee relations and diversity & inclusion.
She has been working across both the London and New York markets for many years and has a background in finance recruitment. She has successfully partnered with a range of global matrixed organisations and high growth start-ups to hire up to C-Suite level on both a contingent and retained basis.
